At Artie Music Hanover, we strive to deliver the highest-quality creative services in a smooth, professional process.

To ensure clear expectations and a fair working relationship, we offer two flexible payment options:

Payment Option 1: Standard 50/50 Plan

• 50% deposit due at time of booking to reserve your date

• 50% balance due on the day of your session or shoot, before work begins

This plan is ideal for shorter or single-day projects such as studio recordings, podcast sessions, or simple video shoots.

 Payment Option 2: Milestone Plan (50/25/25)

• 50% deposit due at time of booking

• 25% due on the day of your session, before work begins

• Final 25% due before the final product is delivered

This plan is recommended for larger or multi-day projects such as music videos, album production, or branded content packages.

 Additional Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable and confirm your booking.

• Late payments may result in project delays and a 10% fee.

• Final deliverables (audio/video files, edits, exports, etc.) will not be released until all payments are received.

• Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made after this period may result in forfeiture of deposit or rebooking fees.

• In the event of client cancellation, any deposit or time already invested is non-refundable.
